The service is terrific, includes small parking. The rooms are quiet and compact, with a queen-size bed, separate bathroom, as for instance provided. Staff is absolutely fantastic and calm and you can park your car onsite...

Perfect location, great to have the option of self catering in the very heart of Cannes. Very modern, and extremely smart accommodation. Also nice grounds and a welcome swimming pool .
There is an addition charge for a key to the in room safe, which is not what would normally be expected of 4 star accommodation. But otherwise there are no negatives.

The location
We arrived late on a saturday night and had requested a baby cot in our room for our 1 year old, when we got to our room it was tiny with one single bed and a fold away bed no cot was in our room, the following day we requested a bigger room, they moved us to a bit bigger room but had to pay an extra €189 and still had the same bedding had to wash towel's and bed linnin ourselves or had to pay to get them washed.very dispointed with this hotel for the money we payed and would def not recommend it

The best thing about these apartments is the location. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the Croisette and so is very conveniently situated, especially if not hiring a car. The apartment block was clean and well kept. The room had good air conditioning and although centrally located, was well sound-proofed when the balcony doors were shut.
The pool area needs to have some clear instructions to users displayed. We had real problems to get a sunbed to lie on. This was due to other residents coming down in the morning and saving them with towels and then going off for hours on end. We sometimes went down and every single bed was taken and yet there was no one there at all in the pool or area! There was also an issue with young teenagers playing with a large ball around the pool which hit me several times - again due to no clear rules displayed. It would also have been helpful if they could sell some basic items ie. toilet paper/milk/shampoo etc. as it is quite a walk to go to the local supermarket and this is a nuisance if you run out of something unexpectedly. The kitchen had very basic limited equipment and I think for the price you pay here, a few more necessary utensils could be included.

The Résidence Residéal Premium Cannes was an excellent place for a long weekend stay on a normal (not too expensive, not too cheap) budget. The staff were (for the most part) extremely helpful and courteous, the facilities were all brand new and clean, the room I stay in was what you would expect in terms of size for a 1-2 person hotel room and with excellent access to La Croisette and shops along the rue d'Antibes. The pool gave it the added edge over nearby hotels of same price that didn't have that, and honestly I would consider this a great deal compared to other hotels in the area that either charge a lot more or have facilities that are not as nice.
Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about it. The only thing I would have liked was to have breakfast (even a basic one) included in the room as it would have been nice to have that there.

The breakfast with croissants and cheese was healthy, and the secluded location was very close to a beautiful and upscale shopping area.

Location (it is close to palais de festival) and modern furnishings
There is no info at the booking confirmation that the cleaning (55eur) will be due before to leave the residence

Property was pleasant, with very pleasant staff and wonderful location close to everything. I booked a city studio for 7 nights and had an enjoyable stay.
